Download & install

When you choose to download Elgr, you will see this window on your screen:

Press "Open" and Elgr will be downloaded to your computer and the installer will start:

Press "Install" and Elgr will be installed on your computer.

Press "Close" and Elgr will be active the next time you start Outlook Express.
